In order to successfully file a claim with your insurance, we will need to verify your insurance coverage prior to your first appointment. Your copay will be collected at the end of your session. We're able to process payment in a variety of methods outlined here. 

NOTE: In the case of a need to file claims for reimbursement as an out-of-network provider with your insurance company, we are happy to help you submit your claim for reimbursement of services by providing you with the required documentation that insurance companies request of you.
